What to include in a report

Please include:

  • the Wenyin version and build number (Settings → About)
  • your macOS version and Mac model
  • steps to reproduce, what you expected and what happened

Do not attach real documents. Use a synthetic file when a sample is needed, and redact screenshots before sending them.

Group chats

Two WeChat groups: the beta group for releases and testing feedback, and an AI group about handling documents before they reach an AI tool.

Older versions and installers

Installers live in the public GitHub download repository; the source stays private. Use the Gitee mirror when GitHub is slow in mainland China.

Response time

Wenyin is maintained by one developer. There is no fixed response time; privacy and security reports come first.
